ASSISTANT REPAIR TECHNICIAN

We are now hiring for an Assistant Repair Technician position. This position’s schedule is open to Part-Time or Full-Time, depending on the candidate’s experience and availability. Duties would include following the Monthly Maintenance list, perform game repair and installation, ordering game parts and game part inventory, customer service (as needed) and various other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
– Must have experience in: building maintenance or construction, mechanical repair, electronic or arcade/game repair
– Must have experience with computer hardware and software
– Must have customer service experience
– Must have Cashier/POS System experience
– Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
– Must be able to climb tall ladders
– Must be able to bend down, kneel, reach, etc.
– Must be knowledgeable with tools and power tools

PAY RATE IS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

SUPERVISOR

We are now hiring for a Shift Supervisor position. This position is Full-Time and the candidate will need to be fully available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. An average schedule example for this position is as follows: Mon-Tues, Fri-Sun 1:10pm-10:10pm. The schedule times may vary depending on staffing needs and customer influx, but it will be a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Hours during our busy tourist times may lead to weekly overtime, possible shifts extending past 10 hours per day (this is rare and only during emergency staff coverage), and you may be required on-call during peak times.

Requirements:
– Must have supervisor or manager experience
– Must have customer service experience
– Must have Cashier/POS System experience
– Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (prize handling)
– Must be able to climb tall ladders (prize handling)
– Must be able to run a Laser Tag game in an arena with black-lights, loud music, and fog (on rare occasions)
– Must be able to bend down, kneel, reach, are okay with using cleaning products (assisting in cleaning on slow days)

PAY RATE IS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

ASSOCIATE

We are always accepting applications for our Associate position. This position is Part-Time and the candidate will need to be fully available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The scheduled start times may vary depending on staffing needs and customer influx, but will occur anytime between these times: Mon-Sun 9:50am -10:10pm. Hours during our busy tourist season may lead to full-time hours with possible overtime, and chance to pick-up shifts as well. This position is heavy on cleaning duties and customer service.

Requirements:
– Must have customer service experience
– Must have Cashier/POS System experience
– Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (prize handling)
– Must be able to climb tall ladders (prize handling)
– Must be able to bend down, kneel, reach, are okay with using cleaning products (cleaning)
– Must be able to run a Laser Tag game in an arena with black-lights, loud music, and fog
